103CIR - Football Blitz
Friday mornings from 8a-10a, 103CIR deejays Whitney Wylde & Abigail will join the Early Show with Rick & Lola and together they will preview the weekends
pro football match-ups (Sunday's Only) and they'll each pick who they think will win each game.
The fun part: none of them know anything about football!
Once the picks are revealed, we'll open up the
voting to the listeners. They'll vote on who they think will lose the most games (have the most incorrect picks).
Only one vote per person and voting will end Friday at midnight.
On Monday morning, Whitney & Abigail will again join the Early Show with Rick & Lola at which the time the "loser" will be revealed.
The punishment? They have to play "Canned Food Roulette".
They will have to choose from a box of unmarked (labels removed) cans, they'll open the can live on the air, reveal it's content and then will have to eat a heaping spoonful of whatever is in the can. All live on the air. It could be spaghettios...it could be chili...it could be sauerkraut...it could be dog food. Whatever it is, it WILL be edible and they WILL have to eat some!
Plus, we'll draw from all listeners weekly who correctly picked the loser and that listener will win $103 and a Big Yellow Box from Dickey’s BBQ in Beckley!
1 Winner Per Household Must be 18 and Resident of WV. One Entry per person. Duplicates will be deleted.
Contesting will run September 7th 2023 to January 7th 2024

Person(s) working in competing media (newspaper, billboard, direct mail, specialty advertising, and/or television) are not eligible to participate, including employees and immediate family, persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. No prize substitution(s) or transfers of winning to another player will be allowed once the prize has been awarded.
- One winner per household, per station, every 30 days.
