Idina Menzel looked every bit the part of Queen Elsa in three different gowns before, during and after the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday night (Feb. 9).

First, the star hit the red carpet in a strapless bright pink J. Mendel gown with a giant bow detail and Harry Winston diamonds. She later took the stage in a white, off-the-shoulder gown with poofy sleeves by the same French atelier, along with another dazzling diamond necklace by Harry Winston to perform best original song nominee “Into the Unknown” from Frozen 2 (alongside Aurora and nine international actresses who’ve voiced Elsa in countries across the globe).

Following the ceremony, Menzel changed into a strapless black column gown with silver beading for the Vanity Fair Oscars party, sweeping her long raven locks over one shoulder and finishing off the look with a small black clutch.
